The Lumen Institute, governing body for the Christopher Leadership Course, is a Canadian non-profit organization that teaches courses in effective speaking for the purpose of developing confidence, leadership ability and communication skills in each participant
VISION
Christophers believe that people from all areas be given the opportunity to realize their full potential as individuals by enhancing their leadership and communication skills through the courses offered by our organization.
PURPOSE
To assist people to develop their effective communication skills by encouraging them to express their ideas and feelings and by listening and hearing other people's thoughts and feelings
To help individuals to realize their unique talents by providing the opportunity to develop their skills and self-confidence
To encourage individuals to develop their leadership skills by promoting and supporting the well-being of self and others through a spirit of cooperation
